Welcome to Dadadu, a mobile short-form video app developed by Brosisus. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our app. By using Dadadu, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Email address, username, profile picture, and account details.
Content You Create: Videos (up to 20 seconds), comments, likes, and other interactions. Videos are stored in Wasabi and delivered via Bunny CDN and Cloudflare.
Usage Data: Interaction details (modes used, matches, chats, referrals, moods, etc.).
Device Information: IP address, device type, OS, and app version for analytics and security.
Referral & Diamond Data: Referral links, invited users, earned diamonds for features.
AI Data: Engagement data and tags for recommendations and moderation.
Camera Access: Required to record/upload videos. We do not access your camera without explicit action.
Location Data: Used for Smart Matching (default ≤50m). You can disable it in device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide video feeds, matching, chats, and referrals.
To personalize your experience (e.g., trending videos, nearby matches).
To manage badges (Leaf, ThreeLeaf, etc.) and diamonds.
For fraud prevention, moderation, and AI filtering.
To send notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
For analytics and performance improvements via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

Service Providers: Supabase (auth + DB), Wasabi (storage), Bunny CDN & Cloudflare (delivery), Firebase (analytics + notifications), AI providers (Groq, DeepSeek).
Matched Users: Profile details and anonymized location for matching.
Legal: When required by law or to protect rights.
Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

4. Data Security

We implement strong measures like encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We use Firebase and Cloudflare infrastructure to protect your data.

Access, update, or delete your personal information.
Opt-out of location sharing or push notifications.
Request data portability.
Withdraw consent at any time.
